If you find my work compatible with you, please email me with information about yourself, your profession, your intentions for my work, why you feel there is symmetry in what I am offering, and your audience or client base. Let me know of any social media links where you'd like to promote my work and any other marketing ideas you have for it. This information will help me better understand you and those you serve. 

Affiliate Program Details:

• I offer my affiliates a commission of 30-45% on my meditation programs and membership community site.

• For each sale of my one-time session, affiliates will receive a 10% commission.

• Brokers and second-tier affiliates will also receive a 10% commission.

• With the monthly subscription, you will receive your commission each month as long as the membership remains active. 

• These commission percentages and my affiliate program will remain effective until I decide to raise the prices. When that happens, I will inform my affiliates about the new program details. 

Affiliate Commission Structure for Meditation Packages:

The commission structure for meditation programs and community site memberships follows a sliding scale that increases based on the monthly sales generated by affiliates:

- Sales up to $3,000 = 30% commission

- Sales from $3,000 to $4,000: = 35% commission

- Sales from $4,000 to $5,000: = 40% commission

-Sales over $5,000: = 45% commission

• The commission percentage is calculated based on the monthly profits from the meditation programs and the membership site. The rate is set at 30% at the beginning of each month. However, if total profits exceed $3,000 by the end of the month, this percentage will be adjusted upwards.

• There is a flat 10% commission for individual sessions, separate from the meditation programs' sliding scale.

• There is a flat 10% commission for second-tier affiliates and brokers.

• One-Time Purchase for Yearly Access:

     - Price: $89.00 

   - Affiliate Commission: $26.70 - $40.05

• Monthly Subscription for Meditation Program:

     - Price: $10.00 

  - Affiliate Commission: $3.00 - $4.50 (monthly)

• Membership & Community Site Monthly Subscription:

     - Price: $49.00 

     - Affiliate Commission: $14.70 - $22.05 (monthly)

• One-Time Session:

     - Price: $120.00 

     - Affiliate Commission: $12.00

  How it works: 

• Please email me the information I need to review your request, and I will reply. Since this is my life's work that I am promoting—not just a product—I want to ensure that the affiliates I collaborate with have integrity in their work, audience, and intentions.

• If it seems like your audience would be a good match for my work, I will provide you with the necessary links to use on your social media, email swipes for promoting to your email list, and the link to access your affiliate account.

• Once you receive your affiliate links, you can track your monthly sales. The links I provide will include cookies to help track any sales generated from your personalized links. Each personalized affiliate link consists of a 60-day cookie, meaning any purchases made within that timeframe will be credited to your account.

• The system will record all sales generated from your links and calculate the commissions owed to you.

• Additionally, I will increase your commission rate to a higher amount for any month in which you achieve over $3,000 in sales for the meditations.

• You can download a report from the platform that reflects all statistics related to your links, including details about purchasers, total sales, number of clicks, and conversions.

• You will receive your payment for the previous month at the beginning of the following month. 

• Your commission will be reset to the base rate of 30% for those who earned over $3,000 in the previous month.

• Additionally, I will send out the 10% commission for second-tier affiliates at the beginning of each month for the previous month.

• For brokers, I will issue the 10% commission after I complete the work and receive payment. If I receive monthly payments for the job, I will pay my brokers monthly as well.

• If the amount is less than $50.00, I will wait until it accumulates to that amount before issuing a payment.

Brokerage: 

• I offer a 10% commission on profits to anyone who gets my meditation products onto reputable platforms, as well as introduce me to those who will become my affiliates.

• Additionally, I provide a 10% commission to anyone who books me for events or contract work with companies or organizations. 

• It's important to connect me with the person you arranged for me to work with. When I start communicating with them, they should already be familiar with my work and ready to discuss how collaborating with me could benefit them, including the possibility of a contract.

• I offer a 10% commission to anyone who introduces me to an affiliate, company, or organization interested in promoting my current meditation programs to their followers, staff, or clients. This arrangement is considered a second-tier affiliate program or my broker.

• Partnerships can be established through individual contractual agreements. If the individuals you refer sign up as my affiliates, the referring second-tier affiliate will automatically receive a 10% commission based on the sales made by the person they referred.

• Affiliate commissions are paid at the beginning of each month for the sales made in the previous month. For contractual work, commissions are paid after I complete the job and receive payment for my services, with the percentage calculated based on my profits from that contract.

Your Agreements: 

You agree to the following terms:

• You agree not to misrepresent me, my work, my ability, your relationship with me, or my intentions.

• You will not spam my material.

• You will not slander or say anything negative about me, my work, my business, or my character.

• You will not use aggressive tactics to sell my work.

I reserve the right to terminate our collaboration if any broker, second-tier affiliate, or affiliate lacks integrity or misrepresents me, our relationship, or my work. This includes using spam, harassment, bribery, or engaging in any unethical or illegal practices to conduct business.
