Today, we are discussing our chakras and the value of meditating on them.
Chakras are like pools of energy, unseen to many of us, yet some individuals possess the unique ability to perceive them. Because they are invisible, most people tend to ask if chakras are real. Chakras are indeed real. I can make this claim because I have had direct experience seeing the positive effects that clearing our chakras has. In the guided chakra meditations I created and the vibrational healings I perform, I have seen firsthand the positive effects that can come about in our health and our life situations when we clear our chakras.
Just because everyone cannot see something doesn’t make it not real. I can also say chakras are real because our understanding of the chakra system has existed for a long time. In Forbes Health: Jan 12, 2024, Kimberly Dawn Neumann, the Contributor stated:
“History of Chakras: The concept of chakras is an ancient one. Originating in India, chakras were first mentioned in the Vedas, ancient yogic and spiritual texts, between 500 and 1500 BCE (though some Indian scholars believe the system can be traced back even further). The chakra system is closely linked to the practice and teachings of both yoga and Ayurveda, an ancient traditional medicine system.”
We tend to perceive ourselves solely as physical beings with a mind and soul, but we also possess an energetic system. We want to care for our energetic system with meditation and vibrational healing. In our pursuit of balance and well-being, we want to address all aspects of our being—mind, body, soul, and energetic system.
Meditation is a powerful tool for nurturing and balancing our energetic system, leading to improved physical health, mental clarity, and emotional release. Through a meditation practice, we can unblock our chakras.
Life experiences can significantly impact our chakras, resulting in congestion and hindering the natural flow of energy. Traumatic events can impede the healthy flow of life energy, manifesting as blockages within our chakras. By actively engaging in chakra-balancing practices, we can effectively release and clear the trauma from our system, fostering a renewed sense of vitality and equilibrium. We can gain balance and clarity when we open, clear, rebalance, and restore our chakras.
Suffering from life experiences often stems from the imprint left on our energy field and physical bodies. Unconsciously, we cling to these experiences, manifesting as emotional, mental, and physical burdens. This can negatively impact how we perceive the world around us.
Our perceptions of ourselves, our life experiences, and how we interpret the world are some of the primary contributors to energetic congestion. By dedicating time to cleansing and purifying our energy systems, we can experience profound release and liberation from what is in our aura. When our chakras function harmoniously, facilitating the uninterrupted flow of life force energy, we can feel a heightened sense of well-being.
Whether the concept of chakras and energy systems is familiar or novel, investing time in doing chakra meditations holds no potential harm.
