Today's topic will be about the basic qualities of our chakras.
If you're following me, you know that there are seven major chakras, each with a set of qualities.
Let’s start with the Base Chakra.
Base Chakra:
-The base chakra is bright red in color.
-Its affirmation is “I am”
-Its self-identification is self-preservation. Its issues revolve around survival, family, and belonging, which are associated with quality of life and the will to live.
-That demon is fear, and the element is earth.
-The goals of this chakra are to feel grounded and centered in our bodies and on the planet, to feel safe in our lives, and to know that we belong and have a right to exist.
We're going to move up to the second chakra.
Sacral Chakra
-The second chakra is a bright orange in color.
-The affirmation is “I feel”
-The self-identification is self-gratification.
-The issues that are here are about our sexuality, our creativity, and our emotions.
-Some qualities are about the joy of life, being in a body, and having a wide spectrum of and enjoying that process.
-So the demon in his chakra is guilty.
-The element is water.
-The goals of Chakra are self-expression, healthy, free self-expression of our emotions and creative activity, the joy of being in a body, the joy and pleasure of sex and intimacy, healthy sexuality, expressive creativity, and the joy of being alive and in a body.
We move up to the 3rd chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra:
-The 3rd chakra is our solar plexus chakra
- It's bright yellow in color
- It’s affirmation is “I can”
- It’s self-identity is self-definition.
-It's associated with personal power and will, the strength to take action.
-So the goals for this chakra are to have high self-esteem, confidence to go for the things that we want, the dreams that we hold in our heart, to take those actions and those steps, and to do it with confidence the self and to trust in ourselves.
So we move up to the 4th chakra
Heart Chakra:
- The heart chakra is a bright green in color
-The affirmation is “I love”
-The Self-identity is self-acceptance and is associated with love and compassion.
-The issues in the heart chakra are about healthy heart connections, accepting and receiving love, knowing that we're loved and lovable, and giving and receiving love openly and freely.
-The demon of this chakra is the element of this chakra is air
-The goal of his chakra is to have a healthy connection to other humans, love and compassion for ourselves and others, and a love of humanity.
It's an excellent transition point between our spiritual and physical realities. It brings a healthy balance between those two energetic systems and allows us to experience a full life.
Those are the healthy goals of, uh, our heart chakra.
From our heart chakra, go up to the 5th chakra.
Throat Chakra:
-Our 5th chakra is our Throat chakra
-It is a cobalt blue.
-Its affirmation is “I speak”
-It's self-identity is self-expression.
-It's about communication.
-Some issues in this chakra are knowing and speaking our truth and being heard.
-The demon of this chakra is lying.
-So, this chakra’s goals are about healthy communication, allowing ourselves to speak our truth, to know our truth, to have what we say aligned with what we're thinking and have our actions aligned with what we're thinking and saying, that we're in alignment with our valves.
Those are some of the qualities and goals of a healthy 5th chakra.
From the 5th chakra, we go up to the 6 chakra.
Third Eye Chakra
-Our 6th chakra is our Third eye.
-It's an indigo in color.
-Its affirmation is “I see”
-Its self-identity is self-reflection
-It's our intuition.
-Some of the issues in the chakra are about allowing ourselves to see clearly, to be aware of what's going on, and to use our intuition.
-The demon of this chakra is illusion,
-The goals of this chakra are to see clearly, see ourselves in situations from a higher perspective, and use our intuition. Awareness, compassion, and love are also goals of this chakra. This is about universal love, the love of all things. And it's about light and illumination.
We work with this chakra to achieve clear vision, understanding, and guidance in our lives.
We go from the sixth chakra up to the seventh chakra.
Crown Chakra:
-The 7th chakra is the crown chakra.
-It's purple gold and white in color.
-The affirmation for the chakra is “I know.”
-The self-expression is self-knowledge, and it's our spirituality.
-Some of the issues they're about in this chakra are our connection to all things and knowing that we're a part of god and part of life.
-The demons of the chakra are attachment.
-The element is thought.
-So, the goal of the chakra is to know that we are one with god, and part of life is that we are an individual reflection of the divine, and there is an awareness of the greater aspect of who we are and seeing life from this perspective.
Those are the basic qualities of each of the chakra
