Today’s topic is what our sacral chakra is.

We have an Aura, and within that aura are seven layers. Each layer is an energetic body that has a major chakra connected to it. Our Sacral Chakra is our second chakra connected to the second energetic body, the emotional body. When we meditate on the health of our Sacral Chakra, we are improving the health of our emotional body.

Our emotional guidance system is vital to our intuition, and our emotions, when aligned with our chakra, serve as an intuitive navigator through life's journey. The goal is to maintain a clear emotional body that is free from the weight of accumulated emotions, which fosters a deeper connection with our true selves.

Clearing the Emotional Body Achieving emotional clarity requires releasing stored emotions, traumas, and memories that clog our emotional landscape. Engaging in meditation and other practices to clear these blockages can significantly restore our emotional well-being to its optimal state.

Prioritizing Chakra Health: The condition of our chakras plays a pivotal role in our overall emotional and physical health. A vibrant and unobstructed chakra system indicates an emotional body that's free from past burdens, enhancing our innate guidance system and making life's challenges more navigable.
